Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
(RCIA for Children)
Children 7 years old and older who have not been baptized are welcome to explore their relationship with Jesus Christ and the teachings and practices of the Catholic Church through our RCIA for Children process. The sessions help children reflect on the teachings, practices, and prayers of the Catholic Church. Some children decide to prepare for the sacraments of baptism, confirmation, and first holy communion during the process.
In addition, children 7 years old and older who have been baptized in the Christian faith, but are seeking full communion with the Catholic Church by receiving the sacraments of confirmation and first holy communion, are also welcome to join in the RCIA for Children process.
